Tailored Energy Advice Service (TEAS)
North Northamptonshire Council has launched its new Tailored Energy Advice Service (TEAS) - a free, impartial tool designed to help residents understand how they can improve the energy efficiency of their homes, reduce energy bills, and identify suitable retrofit measurs.

Powered by the Energy Saving Trust Homewise tool, TEAS provides a personalised home energy action plan based on a simple online survey, helping residents discover recommended energy-saving measures, understand costs, explore renewable options, and find information about grants and trusted installers. This service supports our wider work to tackle fuel poverty, improve local housing quality, and enable the transition to a low-carbon future.
